1. The service
BOMParser converts a PDF bill of materials to CSV and other formats and runs consistency checks on it. The free allowance is 1 file per day, up to 10 pages, no account. Pro is $49 per month (150 BOMs per month, files up to 150 pages). Team is $99 per month (3 seats, 500 BOMs per month).
2. Acceptable use
- Do not upload forged or altered documents.
- Do not upload documents you have no right to upload, including documents under an NDA that does not allow this processing.
- Do not use scripts or repeated uploads to get around the free allowance or any plan limit.
- Do not upload unlawful content or content that harms others, and do not probe or attack the service.
3. Your files
You keep your rights in your files and in the results. You allow BOMParser and its sub-processors, listed on the privacy page, to process a file only to give you the result.
4. Accuracy
Results are a parsing aid. The checks show whether a BOM agrees with itself, not whether it is right for your board. Verify results against the source before you order parts or start a build.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in US dollars that renew until stopped. To stop one, email [email protected]. Price changes apply from the next billing month.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided as is, may be interrupted, and may change. To the extent the law allows, BOMParser is not liable for losses that follow from relying on a result without checking it.

FAQ
Terms questions
Can I upload a customer's BOM?
Only if you have the right to process it with the sub-processors named on the privacy page. You are responsible for that right, including any NDA.
Which documents are not allowed?
Forged or altered documents, and documents you have no right to upload. Content that is unlawful is not allowed either.
Are the results guaranteed to be correct?
No. The checks show whether a BOM agrees with itself: quantities against designators, duplicate part numbers, line counts. They do not show that the BOM is right for your board. Verify before you order parts or start a build.
Can I automate uploads?
Not to get around the limits. Scripted or repeated uploads made to avoid the free allowance are not allowed. If you need volume, use a paid plan.
What happens when I reach a limit?
If the free file for the day is already used, the conversion is refused and the page shows the error. A file over the page cap is not refused: it is converted up to the cap, the page says how many of the file's pages were converted, and the downloads are named -partial.
Who owns my files and the results?
You do. BOMParser processes a file only to give you the result, and does not keep it.
How do paid plans renew?
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew until stopped. To stop one, email [email protected].
Can the service change or stop?
Yes. Limits, prices and features can change, and the service can be interrupted. Changes to prices apply from the next billing month and are posted on the pricing page.
What is the liability if a result is wrong?
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, BOMParser is not liable for losses that follow from relying on a result without checking it against the source document.
